working life's, namely the difficulty that many experienced accountants have in getting work when
they get to a certain age (as young as their early 40s) and the added-value that experienced
candidates can offer, typically to the SME community where busy and in many cases
overstretched owner-managers need access to our type of resources. The “mature” candidate

clients a service that goes way beyond traditional recruitment. We work with a number of associates who are also experienced accountants so we all talk the same language and in many cases we can offer
advice to our clients beyond the normal remit. As we are a lean business with minimal overhead we can offer very competitive terms to our clients
with recruitment fees starting as low as 15% of the salary. We can offer a bespoke service for each for each vacancy and we will do as much of the process as the client requires. For higher-level FD roles we roles we will not only do the initial search, we will if necessary conduct initial face-to-face interviews and
undertake profiling and referencing as part of the service, and the fee will reflect the level of work
undertaken, but will never be more than 25% of the salary. As we are small, we pride ourselves on being very responsive and our ability to provide a first-class
