New Role for Flowcrete's Technical Expert

Flowcrete has promoted Nick Hyde to the role of Technical Director for its UK operations. Nick moves into the position from his previous job as the company’s Technical Manager. Based at Flowcrete’s South Cheshire headquarters - located in Sandbach - Nick is the technical representative of the UK management team, with responsibility for all aspects of the existing product range and its applications. Flowcrete is recognised as a leading light in the research and development of new products and systems geared up to the unique needs of the industrial and commercial market. Recent innovations include MRSA-fighting floors containing the natural antimicrobial silver, fast-installation floors ready for use just two hours after application and systems which are applied using specialist machinery to take the strain off the knees and backs of floor layers. Since joining the company in 1996, Nick has been involved in high profile installations including Selfridges in Oxford Street and Wembley Stadium. Mark Greaves, Group Managing Director of Flowcrete said: “Nick brings a wealth of experience to the role and a commitment to constantly improve and enhance the quality of our products in the UK marketplace.” A graduate of Manchester University, Nick, aged 37 lives in Wilmslow.
