Some of the benefits I found from this new site include there customer care, whenever I needed help I used there built in live support feature and was instantly greeted by a member of staff ready to help me, I personally was not used to this level of support from other websites I had visited.

Site security is always a good sign, so I was pleased to see that MyBST have implemented 4 verification levels for all there users security, these range from email verification, home telephone verification, home address verification and user identity verification. Not only does this provide extra security, it stops users from certain countries around the world from joining and trying to scam MyBST members and also reduces the chances of fraud on site. I have not seen another site who has come anywhere close to offering this protection to there users. This certainly is the auction site for genuine member.

I was also very pleased to see that they offer optional upgrades to your items listings, however with something I always wanted to see. If you do list an item using optional upgrades, if your item fails to sell or trade, you can keep re-listing your item, without paying for the optional upgrade again.

There categories offered a good choice of selection, ranging from antiques, fashion & footwear to PC & Video Gaming, everything was there. Not only this but I noticed they have a section called Mature Audiences, you can tell they have put time into everything when only registered members can view this part, you also need to agree to a disclaimer before entering, also the fact that anyone with adult items for sale can not be found in any of the searches on website.

Another useful tool they provide is the ability to trade items with other members, free of charge. You can trade anything with anyone.

The overall layout of MyBST, combined with the excellent customer support, the added security and the features makes this my number one online auction site. I just hope they now have the ability to get this marketed and out there so it can become a popular website.
