A recent survey has revealed that British workers are finding new and increasingly diverse places to work. The availability of mobile devices such as BlackBerrys and mobile broadband connections means that people are able to work anywhere and everywhere .

The International study, conducted by Regus, surveyed 1,000 professionals from the UK and US and found that almost half of travelling British workers spend at least half their day working in a public place. Unsuprisingly, high numbers admitted to having worked from restaurants and bars. Other popular locations included planes, trains and hotel lobbies. Some of the more bizarre locations included gyms and toilets.
