On June 1st & 2nd, NEWTEON and its partner Micro-Vett will attend EET 2007, 2nd European Ele-Drive Transportation Conference, in Brussels. EET is organised by the AVERE, European Association for Battery, Hybrid and Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles. Key actor of the EV market in Europe, NEWTEON will exhibit two of its vehicles during the Ride & Drive, an open air exhibition that will take place in the famous Cinquantenaire Park of the Belgian capital. The Hybrid Iveco Daily is a commercial vehicle with parallel power systems: electric for downtown and diesel for motorway or highways. Changing from one power system to the other is done at the push of a button and the batteries are charged while running on diesel.
