Pre-orders are open in Southern California for the 2009 Infiniti G37 Convertible in advance of the premier at the 2008 LA Car Show. “Consumers who can take delivery of the Infiniti G37 Convertible in the spring of 2009 should sign up immediately since the list will be on a first come basis,” added Steve Rudkin, General Manager of Infiniti of Santa Monica.  Rudkin announced today that California consumers looking to be the first to own the G37 convertible can enroll on their pre-order list. Infiniti of Santa Monica will have a professional photographer to capture photos of the convertible’s debut at the LA Car Show.  The first photos will be posted on http://www.infinitig37convertible.com .  Consumers in all states looking for more information on the G convertible can add their name to the G37 Convertible newsletter.  Subscription is free and will keep consumers posted on pricing, color, option packages and delivery dates for the G37 convertible.

Consumers in Southern California who would like to pre-order the G37 convertible can go to: http://www.infinitig37convertible.com/preorder/ and complete the form to get on the pre-order list.  A representative from Infiniti of Santa Monica will call to follow-up all pre-order requests. The G37 convertible is expected to be delivered no later than the spring of 2009 and it may be available after the start of the New Year.

The 2009 G37 Coupe's performance capabilities expand with the addition of the much anticipated G37x AWD model.  Also new for the Coupe is a 7-speed automatic transmission with Drive Sport (DS) Mode and Downshift Rev Matching.  The 2009 G37 Coupe is available in four models – G37, G37 Journey, G37S Sport 6MT and G37x AWD – each with standard 330-horsepower 3.7-liter VQ-series V6 with VVEL technology.
