TheCreativeLoft.com Features Member-Made Frighteningly Good Short Film SAN FRANCISCO —TheCreativeLoft.com is launching online with a real OctoberScareFest. The new site, for creatives of all types, offers a place to meet, collaborate, upload MP3s, blogs and video, is kicking off this Halloween by featuring one of its own members’ short films, ‘False Awakening.’
Aussie filmmaker Garry Morton’s seven minute short is sure to raise neck hairs around the globe. His short feature film was shot in two-and-a-half days in a moody, abandoned Sydney hospital slated for demolition, and is tightly edited and polished in its presentation. Morton’s film is a perfect example of the powerful tool TheCreativeLoft.com rolled out last week for creatives everywhere. TheCreativeLoft.com is a platform for creatives of all types to work together or showcase their work. Members include painters, writers, corporate digital designers, comedians, filmmakers and more.
