Ogilvie Construction has successfully secured a £4.2m contract to further develop the George Hotel in Edinburgh for Principal Hotels Group.

 

The development will include a new 6 storey accommodation block forming 50 high quality bedrooms along with a new leisure club with spa facilities. Originally built over 200 years ago the George Hotel is situated in the heart of Edinburgh taking prime position on the elegant George Street.

 

The project is set to commence in September with completion scheduled for late autumn 2008
