| Continuing on from the launch of their new website earlier this year Northumbria Numbers has added a new feature to enhance their customer’s experience. Northumbria Numbers contines to develop and enhance the new website that it launched earlier this year. Following on from the successful addition of on-line ordering a new Number Plates valuation and selling system has been rolled out this week. Customers who have a personalised number plate which they want to sell can apply on –line for a cash or no-sale,no-fee commission sale. If they elect for a cash sale an email is sent to staff at Northumbria Numbers for their attention. Should they require a commission sale they can fill in a form with a few details which triggers the new valuation and database system. Upon receipt of the customers registration number the system sends back a valuation based on historical selling prices and current competition, should the customer which to proceed, the customer clicks a link on the valuation email which takes them to a webpage which collects contact details. Once this page is completed their number is added to the database and will appear on the website at the next update. The new semi-automated system will enable customers number to be added to the website much quicker and will alleviate the admin overhead for Northumbria Numbers staff.
