Richard Bowker; Group CEO of Nationl Express, is to talk about NEG and the public transport industry to the Institute of Transport Administration in Swindon, Wiltshire, on June 17th. The Institute o Transport Administration (IoTA) is celebrating its 65th Anniversary in 2009, with a variety of high profile events, including a Royal Gala Dinner, also in Swindon, in October 2009.
