With the rise in the utility and demand, mobile phone market is raising its standards as well. The latest mobile phones club a host of unheard and unseen features to make lives easier and urbane for the users. One carries his whole world in his pockets in the form of a sleek, slender device, the mobile phone. It would not be an exaggeration to say that the latest mobile phones come with everything but the kitchen sink.

 

The market is overflowing with handsets from scores of manufacturers.  Every other manufacturer tries to move a step further by incorporating unique and innovative traits in his models. The device which started off as a mere communicative tool is now a fully-fledged personal assistant.  A mobile phone of the 21st century is a compact PC, a compact digital diary, a compact digital camera, a compact music system and a compact video player, apart from being a compact phone.

 

There are a number of manufacturers who contribute in their own way to  the evolution of the mobile phone world, Nokia phones, Motorola phones, Samsung phones, Sony  Ericsson phones, LG phones, HTC phones ....its hard to get to the end of the list.

These gadgets give a stark commitment of a futuristic functionality and highly advanced features. These phones have up-to-the-minute versions of integrated camera carrying some serious imaging prowess. The media player of the latest mobile phones can never fail to deliver top class performance through excellent sound quality and video display.

 

Each handset on the shelves of the mobile stores belong to a certain hierarchy and flaunt certain qualities inherent in that particular technological gene pool. For instance, the Nokia handsets portray endurance and robustness, Sony Ericsson is renowned for its way out technological surprises, Samsung is known for terrific designs and tough interior, the blackberry phones are the perfect picks for the business-oriented, austere users who take their work along with them.

 

The mobile phone industry is expanding its arena at a fast pace. This becomes evident by the fact that not only technical experts but figures from the fashion world are also showing their inclination towards the design and development of the mobile handsets. Georgio Armani tagged one of the most incredible looking Samsung phones by his name. Dolce &  Gabbana endorsed a Motorola product. Same goes for Prada who launched an LG handset. The designers and prominent brands of the fashion world such as Christian Siriano, Mandarina Duck, Levi's and Porsche have also tried  their expertise on mobile phones as a welcoming respite from the usual monotony and also as a way to propagate their versatility.

 

The escalation in the competition and the expectations, gave way to thorough analysis of any new gadget that hits the shelves of the market. Analysing and reviewing handsets is a hobby for a lot of people and a profession for even more. The mobile phone connoisseurs probe a new device on the grounds of its battery power, appearance, comfortably factor, storage area, web capabilities, data transfer speed, clarity of the camera etc. Their reviews matter a great deal as they do away with the trend of hyping and deceiving the customers. The latest mobile phones may raise the bar set for the devices as they seem to bulging with cutting-edge technology.

 

With the advent of every new gadget a new utility comes into light. From mediocre looking square bricks we have moved towards the trendy, eye-catchy, slider phones. Touch screen is a new furore and the top-of-the-shelf GPRS and EDGE technologies bring the whole world under the command of your thumb. We wonder what can be next digital appliance that will be rendered redundant by the latest mobile phones!
