Sunrise Optical LLC has added a new Glass Option to Zebra OptoProfiler product family for thin film solar cell manufacturing.

Zebra OptoProfiler Glass Option is capable of measuring topography of large sheets of glass used in thin film solar cell manufacturing. It has capability to measure thin film solar cells at virtually every step of the manufacturing process. Range of bow measured exceeds 10 mm, and does not depend on glass size, while providing accuracy and reproducibility better than 25 um.   Tool has capability to calculate variety of wafer topography parameters such as bow, warp and roller wave.

The Data collected by Zebra OptoProfiler can be exported in raw point cloud format for display and analysis using popular third party stress and design packages.
