Oracle Database Support specialists Xynomix are offering advice for companies caught out by the rise of Oracle Licence costs.
According to Xynomix, the recent increase in the cost of licensing Oracle database has generated a number of support calls to their team of Oracle consultants. Says Sales Consultant Paul Wood, "It seems companies are now looking to streamline their Oracle licence expenditure more than ever". The price update of last month has led to a rise in licence fees of up to 20% for some larger companies running Oracle database, which Xynomix claim has shocked them into money saving action. According to Xynomix Sales Director Steve Wigglesworth: "With many licensing options and complex pricing structures, it is easy for companies to end up losing track and paying for licences that they don't need. We can help with that by helping to implement the most cost-effective licence structure". Xynomix's Licensing Review Service is part of a larger, more general offering of support, management and consultancy for Oracle database. Xynomix Information: Xynomix, an Oracle Certified Partner, specialise in the design of bespoke monitoring and management solutions for Oracle databases and Operating Systems. Founded in 2002, Xynomix has experienced consistent growth and can now lay claim to a client base that varies from Oracle estates with a few Database users to corporate environments with multiple databases and thousands of worldwide users. |
