Nicado.net, the ‘old contact’ details search website,has now added a Community Website section allowing users to add links of their various networking sites to their profiles.  This then facilitates a one stop location  that links to all their various sites.

www.nicado.net allows registered users to search for people using various search criteria, including their no longer valid email address.  All use of the website is free, registration is required.
