EAST MOLINE, IL (July 15, 2008) - YASH Technologies, Inc., a global provider of enterprise technology and business solutions, announced today that their subsidiary company, Genesis Corporate Solutions (GCS), an established SAP® solutions provider throughout New England, will be fully integrated into the YASH companies and be known as YASH Technologies, SAP Software Sales Division. GCS was acquired by YASH in 2003 and has been providing the SMB market with complete end to end SAP solutions including software sales and professional services for implementations, consulting, and outsourced application management services that lower total cost of ownership and speed ROI. The acquisition provided YASH the ability to extend its reach in the SAP SMB market space and establish a sound presence in the Northeast. With new organizational initiatives that include the expansion of the SAP Practice focus, the need to execute a well defined brand message to customers and partners drove the identity change to YASH Technologies, SAP Software Sales Division. Now integrated and branded as one company, YASH will continue the strong momentum of providing solutions and services around the SAP suite of products to clients in the Northeast. In addition, clients will receive the added value of an expanded portfolio that includes eBusiness, Business Analytics, and Security for end-to-end enterprise solutions. “The high caliber of our SAP Practice is signified by the innovative solution offerings to global clients,” states Manoj Baheti, CEO YASH. “Our well defined portfolio, including our business All-in-One solutions (pre-packaged SAP vertical solutions for the chemical, high-tech, wholesale distribution, and consumer products and goods SMB market), will be expanded to meet the needs of other verticals to speed productivity and streamline operational processes. As part of GCS’ identity change to YASH, an organizational structure change was also made. Jacinto Arauz, Vice President of Sales, will also focus on the SAP alliance and build on the already strong alignment with SAP and tap into the extensive partner network. “This is an exciting time for YASH, its employees, and customers,” comments Mr. Arauz. “We have aggressive initiatives moving forward as YASH. Our strong history of delivering quality solutions, outstanding consultant base, global capabilities, and proven project methodologies, all of which benefit our customers’ abilities to run their businesses efficiently, provides YASH a solid foundation of growth.” SAP Supports Identity Change “The move to a cohesive identity as YASH Technologies allows for greater presence outside the Northeastern market, while leveraging GCS’ strong experience with the mySAP Business Suite,” states Andy Moller, SAP Channel Manager. “YASH’s brand message as a leading SAP provider will be even stronger on a national level. We look forward to working together to solve business challenges for clients utilizing the SAP suite of products.” YASH Technologies SAP Portfolio Highlights:
