Rugby’s best kept property secret is set to be revealed later this month (October).

Benfield Homes is opening the courtyard to its Satchels Court scheme on Dunchurch Road so potential buyers can view the setting for the development.

The company is creating 12 new apartments and five houses but, until now the secure courtyard has been obscured from view as work has progressed and the properties fronting Dunchurch Road have been built.

Claire Drewett, sales and marketing manager for Benfield Homes, said: “We have been describing this as Rugby’s best kept secret because it’s a great setting for the development but, because of its position, very few people have actually been able to see it.

“That is why we are holding this special open weekend so people can actually view the properties for themselves and also get a feel for the fantastic setting for the scheme.”

The launch event will take place on Saturday, October 25 and Sunday, October 26 from 11am until 5pm.

The showhome will also be open for potential buyers to view.

Satchels Court is home to 12 two-bedroom apartments and five three-bedroom houses – each of which comes with a 10-year NHBC guarantee.

The properties are all being finished to a very high standard including fitted kitchens and quality fittings in the bathrooms.

Many of the plots also have under-floor heating with individual controls for each room.
