3SIXTY REAL ESTATE APPOINTED TO PROVIDE STRATEGIC BUILDING & PROJECT CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO BLOOMSBURY BOWLING

3SIXTY Real Estate have been appointed to provide strategic Building & Project Consultancy services in regards to Bristol’s forthcoming city-centre themed bowling venue, “The Lanes”. Home of the former Job Centre on Nelson Street, which comprises in excess of 22,000 sq ft, the building will be redeveloped to provide ten-pin bowling, karaoke rooms, bars and a dance floor. 3SIXTY are acting on behalf of new owners Bloomsbury Bowling in a Project Overview capacity with the first phase ground floor fit-out due to commence imminently. The remodelling of this new leisure destination which will cost in the region of £2m and is due to open in early December 2008.
