Broxbourne becomes 5th council in Hertfordshire to harness the power of Limehouse Software
28 May, 2008 – London, UK – Limehouse Software today announced that Broxbourne Borough Council has selected ucreate and uengage to produce and consult on the local authority’s Local Development Framework (LDF) strategy, making it the fifth council in Hertfordshire to adopt the software. The LDF Manager at Broxbourne Borough Council said: “Through the use of the integrated Limehouse solution, we are looking to improve operational efficiencies and streamline processes, as well as provide a consistent, branded, professional look and feel to our LDF.” He continued: “By purchasing Limehouse Software solutions we expect to significantly reduce the time and money spent on publishing and consulting on documents. It will free up our staff to focus on a broader range of high value planning policy work, providing the best service and value for the people in the borough of Broxbourne.” ucreate will facilitate simultaneous authoring and dynamic content structuring, enabling content to be assembled with ease. The finished document will then be published instantly to multiple formats, maintaining the integrity of Broxbourne’s style and brand, while avoiding expensive design costs. The ucreate documents are then made available online in seconds and consulted on via uengage, which will allow Broxbourne to employ a multitude of consultation techniques to engage with consultees and gather manual and electronic feedback. The representations can then be analysed via sophisticated back-end reporting and fed back into the LDF development process. Giles Welch, CEO of Limehouse software said: “As the fifth council on board in Hertfordshire, Broxbourne joins our rapidly-expanding customer base of organisations that are enjoying the benefits of increased efficiency and reduced costs around the creation, publication and consultation required for meeting key regulatory compliance and organisational initiatives.” - ends - For further information please contact: Gino Mainolfi or Jessica WhybrowNSPR for Limehouse Software This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it / This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it Tel: +44 (0)1628 502 602 About Limehouse SoftwareLimehouse Software is the market leader in web-based document collaboration, creation, publishing and key stakeholder consultation solutions.
