Joint venture with web2com for online marketing solutions and cross media campaigns zanox, the global network for performance based multi-channel commerce, is opening a new office in Zurich, Switzerland. zanox is entering into a strategic partnership with the successful, indigenous online marketer web2com, a subsidiary of Switzerland’s global, one stop media marketer, Publicitas. Multiple award winning zanox – which was acquired 2007 by Axel Springer AG and PubliGroupe – will continue to pursue its unprecedented international expansion strategy. “web2com has already established itself on the Swiss market with an influential customer base,” says Dimitrios Haratsis, Regional Director DACH at zanox. “Together with web2com, zanox will also be presenting a holistic online solution extending beyond a simple offering of CPM and CPA models. With this, we can optimally dovetail display advertising and performance marketing – i.e. branding and sales processes – thereby attaining the best of both worlds for the customer. In doing so, we are creating a totally original business model with an entirely new mindset in online marketing.” Philipp Scheidegger, Head of Interactive at web2com, is enthusiastic about the new collaboration: “The strategic partnership between zanox – market leader for performance based multi-channel commerce – and web2com – which has made a name for itself over the years in the field of classical online advertising – creates a perfect symbiosis in Switzerland. zanox and web2com have the opportunity to cover the entire value added chain of online marketing (classical online advertising, affiliate marketing and search engine marketing). From now on, the combined zanox/web2com portfolio offers customers all inclusive solutions and thereby true one stop shopping. Furthermore, Swiss advertising customers can also internationalize their activities unproblematically via zanox’s global network.” About zanox zanox is the global market leader for performance-based multichannel commerce and the zanox XS solution provides a global platform for efficiently marketing products and services on the Internet.
