News from QVC – Quality vacation Club messaging agent.
As we begin winding down towards the end of 2007, it's always valuable, in making preparations for the new year, to take a moment to consider and reflect on the year gone by. 2007 has certainly been an industrious one for VRS and, I believe, an extremely productive and successful one. This year has seen the first phase introduction of our longawaited new software system, which we're brought in incrementally and run side by side with our existing program, as a test chapter, in our club administration department. We are pleased with the results to date and are confident that once we're fully operational on the new system, the improvements from an operational perspective will be vast. I know that many of our members are anxiously awaiting the introduction of the new system from the perspective of interactive online capabilities. The development of the new program is being approached from the ground up, so to speak, which means that we are focusing firstly on the administrative functions of the system. Our determination to develop the best possible system, that will benefit the Club to the greatest degree, means that we do have to ask for your patience and understanding in terms of the timeframes for development. We assure you that the wait will be worthwhile! As always, VRS is proud to be of service to the Association and its members and will continue to strive for every improving standards of service excellence.
