Some minor changes has been made towards QVC
As announced in the QVC Tracks December 2006 edition, we have installed a new telephone system, in order to offer ever improving systems to you, our valued member. In order to ensure that you are able to enjoy maximum benefits in this regard and to ensure the smooth operation of this vital communications tool, we have prepared the following step-by-step guide to the telephone system:1. Dial (012) 425 1000 2. A VRS welcome message will play and offer the following options:- For Member Services Department, dial 1- For Reservations Department, dial 2- For Travel Department, dial 3- For an Operator, dial 0 As soon as you hear the option that applies to you, press that number button on your key pad immediately. If you do not select an option at this point, you will automatically be transferred to a switchboard operator, who will direct your call. 3. Once you have made a selection, you will automatically be transferred into the correct automated “queue” at which point you will hear an announcement advising you of “where you are” in that queue and an estimated time before your call is answered. 4. While you are on hold, you will hear various announcements and music, with regular updates advising of your progress in the “queue”. 5. While on hold, you will also have the option to leave a voice message. Should you wish to leave a message – wait for the appropriate message prompt and when instructed to do so, press “star” (*) on your telephone key pad immediately and leave your message as soon as you have pressed the “star” key. Please leave a short, clear message, beginning with your membership number, then your telephone number. The messaging system is monitored constantly and your message will be attended to. 6. Your call will be answered by a consultant, in the department you have selected, who will attend to your query. In addition to our determination to offer you improved business communication services, the new system provides for excellent communications management systems, which allow us advanced facilities to monitor our services, record accurate statistics and respond appropriately to your needs and requirements, as a member.
