Cheltenham-based family law expert Hannah O’Toole has joined the growing team at pioneering law firm Woolley & Co.
Woolley & Co solicitors operates unlike other law firms, having replaced high street offices and tiers of administration with high-level lawyers operating from satellite home offices and harnessing technology to offer a streamlined, transparent service to clients. Hannah will work with clients across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire from her home office in Cheltenham. “Family law is a dynamic area of the legal sector. I have always been a people person, and I enjoy representing clients in court, so I think it was natural that I was drawn to this specialism,” said married Hannah who has moved from a Surrey law firm to join family Woolley & Co. “Family law cases, such as the McCartney divorce, often make front page news and it is an exciting area of the law to specialise in as it is continually changing and evolving. “The way Woolley & Co works is, I think, ideally suited to working on family cases. There is flexibility for my clients so they are not tied to the normal opening hours of a town centre office, and not having to spend two hours every day on a packed commuter train means that I can use my time much more effectively. We can be available when our clients are. “The internet acts as a perfect introduction to clients in this day and age. It is effectively our shop window, and it is so important that we get it right. Many firms have been slow to follow this route while Woolley & Co has led the way. “I am excited about the challenges ahead and am looking forward to helping clients across the area.” Hannah, who has particular experience in dealing with complex financial settlements and international family disputes, grew up near Malvern and went to Hanley Castle High School, in Worcestershire. She embarked on her undergraduate law degree at Oxford University, moving to Bristol to complete her postgraduate diploma. It was while training at a central London law firm that she first practised family law and decided that it was an area in which she would like to specialise. Woolley & Co is an award-winning specialist family law firm with lawyers making use of the latest technology to keep in contact with each other, correspond with clients and speed-up cases. It has built a strong reputation for innovation, flexibility and dealing in plain English through its website www.family-lawfirm.co.uk It offers fixed fee services which can be purchased directly from the website, cutting down on the need for meetings and ensuring charging is transparent. Woolley & Co has lawyers in Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Wiltshire, Staffordshire, Dorset, Bedfordshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Norfolk and the West Midlands. |
