About Jay Norris:  Mr. Norris has been in the commodities industry over 25 years having worked for several institutional firms on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade, including Bear Stearns, Dean Witter, and Daiwa Securities. He was a Senior Credit Market Analyst with Optima Investment Research before moving to the brokerage side of the business.  Jay has been a Senior Market Strategist for 6 years, directly assisting clients with their selection of markets to trade, and overall trading strategies.
