Mystic Management System, Inc. of Norwich, Connecticut has even second quarter results. Majority of growth is from existing customers and orders from the United Kingdom.
The ambiguous nature of the United States economy has had an impact on the second quarter results for Mystic Management Systems, Inc. Growth for the second quarter was even compared to last year. Future results for the third and fourth quarters look strong due to continued expansions of current customers and heightened interest from the United Kingdom. Mystic Management Systems (Mystic MSI) has seen in increase in requests for product demonstrations and deployments from companies in the United Kingdom. This is a forty-five percent increase over United Kingdom inquiries and deployments from last year. Most companies are in search for a total quality management system that has document control, content based training, CAPA (corrective action preventative action), full employee training management and packaging/specification management. The primary drivers are ISO 9000 audits, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11, 211, and 820 compliance, and reduce specification and packaging errors that are increasing costs. “The powerful functionality and affordability of our software ensur for United Kingdom customers has been the major decisive factors over our competitors,” stated Erroin A. Martin, Vice President, Sales of Mystic MSI. “Many United Kingdom customers are investing in a larger deployment of ensur than before due to their needs and the weakened dollar.” “Current customers are continuing to expand ensur into new departments beyond quality or packaging. The ability to control costs from one quality management system – ensur – across the entire company has allowed our current customers to deploy ensur into finance, human resources, training, operations, and production departments. Two of our largest customers are currently deploying ensur into China this current quarter,” said Robert T. Sullivan, President and Owner of Mystic MSI. “Once ensur is deployed, many of our customers experience the cost saving power of ensur within a few months and immediately understand that ensur can have a dramatic positive impact for the entire organization.” Continued interest and deployments of ensur into the United Kingdom are expected to continue through the third and fourth quarters. United States sales are expected to remain even or better for the remainder of 2008. About Mystic Management Systems, Inc.
