Anthony Bay to Discuss the Future of Digital Content Distribution at DEG's Entertainment Supply Chain Academy

SEATTLE – May 20, 2008 – MOD Systems, an industry-leading provider of media-on-demand solutions for retailers, today announced it has become an associate member of the DEG: The Digital Entertainment Group. The company also announced that Anthony Bay, co-founder and executive chairman, will speak at the Third Annual Entertainment Supply Chain Academy, co-located with DEG’s annual membership meeting, June 17-18, 2008 in Century City.

DEG offers a forum for members to engage in ongoing discussions concerning new business opportunities, industry developments and technology innovations. This year’s Entertainment Supply Chain Academy (ESCA) Conference, co-located with DEG’s annual membership meeting, will focus on the importance of supply chain operations for the home entertainment industry, including new opportunities for improving the delivery of content to retailers and consumers. Anthony Bay of MOD Systems will speak at the Entertainment Supply Chain Academy regarding the future of digital entertainment distribution, including retail solutions for multi-channel delivery. Bay will participate in the session titled “Digital Distribution Infrastructure for Ubiquitous Delivery of Content: The Open Market,” on June 18, 9:30 a.m. at the ESCA Conference at the InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Calif.
